The rebranding of Chamos Deli & Waffle was not born out of an aesthetic need, but rather a strategic decision: to reconnect with its community through authenticity.
During the brand redefinition process, we understood that Chamos should not compete to look “more gourmet,” “more fancy,” or “more international.” That is not its territory. Its true value lies in what no one else can imitate: the familiarity, roots, and cultural identity that connects its people with each dish.
